National Centre for TVET Development (NCTVETD)
The National Centre for TVET Development was appointed ReferNet national contact point for the period 1 January - 31 December 2016.
The National Centre for TVET Development concluded a Framework Partnership Agreement for 2016-2019 (no. 2015-FPA19/GP/DSI/ReferNet_FPA/001/15) with Cedefop at the end of 2015 and a Specific Grant Agreement (no. 2016-0025/GP/DSI/ReferNet-SGA/003/15) for the work plan to be implemented in 2016.
In order to perform and develop the activities and specific results included in the work plan and especially to capture various aspects of VET in Romania, the National Centre for TVET Development invited in the project experts appointed by institutions that are relevant in the field of VET:
Ministry of National Education and Scientific Research,
Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Protection and Elderly
National Authority for Qualifications,
National Scientific Research Institute in the field of Labour and Social Protection
Institute of Education Sciences
National Agency for Community Programmes in Education and Training.
The team members of the national contact point will make all the specific activities as described in the Specific Grant Agreement for ReferNet 2016 and will send to Cedefop the corresponding outcomes in English:
- VET policy reporting,
- National news on VET,
- VET in Romania,
- Spotlight,
- Articles - thematic support
The topics are suggeested by Cedefop based on thematic issues that are high on the EU agenda,
- IVET mobility survey in Romania.
The team members of the national contact point will participate in the working meetings within ReferNet, organised by Cedefop.
Throughout the whole period of project implementation the National Centre for TVET Development will be in charge with the coordination and the update of the project’s site: www.refernet.ro
